ENTRONYX CLOUD accepts abuse reports around the clock; processing begins within 60 minutes in accordance with § 7 of the Terms and Conditions. Paragraph 3: As a provider of hosting services, ENTRONYX Deutschland GmbH is not responsible for third-party information that users store on our infrastructure pursuant to Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, provided we have no knowledge of illegal activity and act expeditiously upon obtaining such knowledge.
6.Dispute resolution
Paragraph 1: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. The operation of this platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a link to it is therefore void and is omitted here.
Paragraph 2: We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
Paragraph 3: In accordance with § 1 of our Terms and Conditions, our offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law.
