Mailboxes and collaboration

Storage, aliases and the old address
Before every change of provider, the same three questions arise: how much storage does a mailbox have, how many addresses can it hold, and can the familiar address come with it. The answers are here before you order anything.

Storage and aliases
Billing is per mailbox and month, not per domain — ten people mean ten mailboxes. Mail Basic includes 10 GB storage and 20 aliases, Mail Business 300 GB and 500. An alias is a second address for the same mailbox, such as info@ alongside your own name; it costs nothing and does not count as a mailbox. If the storage is not enough, it can be increased by up to 500 GB per mailbox.
€1.59$1.84 to €13.19$15.30 net per mailbox · additional storage €0.0280$0.0325 per GB and month

Keep existing address
The address is attached to the domain, not the provider: if you take your domain with you or just change its MX record, you keep every address before it unchanged. The MX record is the signpost that says which server accepts the mail. Until it is changed, the old provider continues to deliver — so no message is lost. SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the three records with which recipients check your sender address, are set up by ENTRONYX CLOUD in every tier.

The mailboxes are created immediately after the order; delivery begins as soon as the domain's MX record points to the ENTRONYX CLOUD servers. The invoice arrives monthly at the end of the month and is due in 14 calendar days. Without a fixed term, one day's notice is enough to cancel a mailbox at the end of the month.
