What is available immediately and what requires lead time

Two components of this configurator are not an instant activation, but a process with lead times. If you only find out about this after clicking, you will plan your migration incorrectly — which is why the waiting times are listed here up front.

    Activated immediately

    vRack — the private network between your systems —, Load Balancer, DDoS protection and addresses from ENTRONYX CLOUD's own allocations are available upon order. A floating address costs €1.73$2.01 net per month and changes its target in a median of four seconds.

    With lead time

    A custom address block (BYOIP) takes two working days to verify the letter of authorisation, ROA and route object, after which the prefix is announced within one working day. A direct connection to your own data centre takes 10 to 20 working days until the light signal.

A custom address block is usually globally visible in less than four hours after approval; up to 24 hours are estimated because some networks only update their filters daily. Compared to 254 addresses from the ENTRONYX CLOUD tier, a custom /24 then saves €440.27$510.71 net per month.
